Stockwell Continental identity & website
Branding, website and selected photography for Stockwell Continental, an Italian inspired café, bar, pizzeria and restaurant from the Anchor and Hope family.
The brand was inspired by the traditional continental delicatessens of London and beyond as well as the restaurant’s own historical setting and features. The logo is set in a modified version of Enamela, a condensed sans serif font often found on enamel signage and shop fronts throughout the first half of the twentieth century. A punchy bottle-blue against stark white with accents of mustard yellow creates a fresh and modern colour palette that appears throughout the restaurant.
Various formations of the logo were created to cover a number of branded items. These include the main logo for the website banner, social media icon and items within the restaurant including the front fascia, canopy, swing sign, sandwich board, bottles, t-shirts and branded pizza boxes.
